The Adult Guardianship Help Desk is a joint project with PBN and the Center for Disability and Elder Law.  We help staff the Adult Guardianship Help Desk on the 12th floor of the Daley Center from 9:00-1:00 Monday through Wednesday.

In this capacity, we advise people on how to fill out the necessary forms and petitions to obtain legal guardianship over their adult family members.  This could be an elderly parent, a mentally challenged child, or a medically impaired relative.
