PBN staffs and manages three in person Senior Clinics a month

and two virtual clinics.

                              * North Riverside: 1st Tuesday of the month

                              * Palos Heights: 2nd Tuesday of the month

                              * Bellwood: 3rd Tuesday of the month

                              * Virtual Clinic: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
